Revised Bylaws – Proxy Card
The Board of Directors of Clearwater Shuffleboard Club, Inc. (CSC) has proposed revisions to the Bylaws of the organization. The Members must ratify these changes by majority vote at the upcoming General Membership Meeting on April 12, 2023. Members that are unable to attend the meeting may submit their proxy for this vote by submitting the Proxy Card form below.
