Boot Camp Series
Our Boot Camp Series will offer you the instruction you need to become a better player. We have a 4-series set running May – June 2025. Attend one or all; there are no pre-requisites. All classes are held on Thursday evening from 7pm – 8:30pm. Instruction will be provided, followed by hands-on drills and playing with skilled instructors and Pros to guide you.
- May 15, 2025 – Shuffleboard Basics
- May 29, 2025 – Accuracy
- June 12, 2025 – Strategy
- June 26, 2025 – Tournaments 101
Shuffleboard Basics – Covers basic strategy including: Holding your cue and shooting positions. Clearing. Scoring. Setting Blocks. Taking Hides. Kitchens (when to and when not to).
Accuracy – How to practice and refine your accuracy for a strategic game.
Strategy – In-depth knowledge taking you to the next level! Situational awareness. Silent Captain. Shot selection. Score or Clear? How to win.
Tournaments 101 – Everything you need to know about playing International, National, State, and District Tournaments.
These Boot Camps are free for members and $10 for non-members. Pay the member rate by becoming a club member on our Membership page.
